   Today, we have two groups of voters..one saddened the other elated.  They are much like two betting type fellows standing on the open deck of the Titanic after the last lifeboat has pulled away...  One guy says" I bet $10 she sinks".. The other fellow says, "you're on, I bet $10 she doesn't sink"!
    Outcome? ...First guy wins $10 !          ...But what sank to the mud on the bottom...and what did they both lose?

I have been saying all along that the worst thing that could happen would be for BHO to be taken out by something, or someone.  It would make him an automatic hero.  I take all that back.
 
I'm begging for a liberal to tell us how all of this works.  Please explain where the money comes from to overcome $1.3 trillion per year in deficit.  What is going to happen when we come up against the next debt limit?  At what point is our money totally worthless?  Are there any Dumycrats that made it past third grade arithmatic?

The deficit is being paid back in two ways:
1) Printing money so that any savings you have are worth less
2) Keeping interest rates low so that the government's cost of servicing the debts remains low.
 
In both cases, you're screwed.
 
As for limits, the country has already hit a limit. There is essentially no more spending that US can do. Not that they won't try, but it's a lot harder than it used to be.
 
One of the major things that needs to play out during the next year or so is what happens to the 1.5 trillion in excess reserve deposits at federal reserve banks and two trillion of cash equivalents that are held by companies. This money is not being spent or put to work. Companies want to use it, but have been holding back because of the uncertainty in the US political climate.
 
My take on it is that a lot more jobs will be leaving US and not coming back. I say this because there is what amounts to a whole generation of businessmen who are accustomed to working with foreign systems, and they know how to make them work for themselves. It used to be just assumed that hiring and building were US first and foreign if there was a compelling reason to do so. Now it's the other way around.
 
But, a sizeable fraction of the money will be put to work. The big question is when and how.

We now need to proceed with the mandate established by Obama, and that is to withdraw our troops from overseas and nation build here in America.  America comes first, second and third.  That was the message of the voters and is a step in the right direction.  If he doesn't do as promised, a Republican can then step in 4 years to do that job.  The people spoke and Obama has a mandate.  Now the leaders need to deliver.  Neocons need to get the boot!

Obama DOES NOT HAVE A MANDATE.  Half the country did not vote for him.  Forcing us to have health care, forcing religious hospitals and schools to do something that is against their religion, taking money from hard workers and giving to able bodied welfare queens and potheads is not right.  We can't get good workers at my place of employment sometimes because 75% of young people can't pass drug tests.  We have college grads digging ditches.  Rebuilding America will require corporate tax cuts for manufacturers, and get OSHA, EPA off our backs. 
 
OSHA shut down one of my jobs because a young inspector put a folding tape measure in the center of a ditch, leaned it over to the side, and it was 5'2".  We took a picture, but not after being shut down a week and costing about $10,000 downtime.  From the center to the top it was about 4'10" which was legal without shoring equipment.  Now, her boss overruled her when he saw the pictures and came out, but it still cost a weeks downtime. 
 
EPA shut us down while boring under a creek (27' deep) because they wanted to wade out there to find some "endangered mussels".  Never did find them, but that costs money in down time. 
 
I have been working for 37 years and the last 4 years have been nothing but bs from young hotshot government inspectors.  We have changed nothing, and still do it the same as always, but sometimes they make us wait.  Older guys understand and know who people are, and let good guys go to work.

Obama doesn't care about America except to bring it down, take it's wealth and spread it around the world.  Go to the library and read his book, Dreams from my Father.  He is anti colonial, anti capitalist, and anti christian.  This is what Obama Sr. was.  However the African nations, once they got their independence, threw out the baby with the bath water.  Obama thinks America was a colonial power who exploited the third world to become wealthy, like taking slaves.  Well, he forgets we had a war to end that.  He believes the Muslims were also exploited by colonial powers, not accepting the fact that they exploited the world also by forcing people to become Muslim who came under their rule.  He wants us to loose our superpower status in military and economics like the European powers did through socialism.  Read his book, then watch Obama's America 2016, which explains in parallel how he has governed with what he wrote in his book.  He wants American whites to become dependent on the state like the blacks have been.

During his first term, he stated that the constitution was an outdated document, and we all know how he circumvented the constitution with his czars.   we know how he attended a church where his preacher prayed that God would "damn america".  we know that he said he wants to spread the wealth.  we know that he wants gas prices to mirror those in europe.  we know that his family values includes man to man marriages. how sick is that?

Sorry you disapprove, but I'm sticking to my post. I did add to the discussion. It's not the end of the world, just one of many elections, all will return to normal in a few days - those who said they'll move to Costa Rica won't, others who burned their flags will repent, and those struck mute by their man losing will regain their voices. You could use some sense of humor, NW, to do with you hair-trigger sense of mission.
