If you want to use a 243 handi barrel as your platform and want a big rimmed 6 mm wildcat. You could ream the chamber to 6MM Remington Improved or 6 MM AI add a rim cut and form your brass using 7 X 57 R brass.
The full length size die in 6 mm improved should neck down the 7 x 57 R in one easy pass then you would need to fire form it in the gun , once fireformed make sure you dont push the sholder back anymore than needed to close the gun easy on a sized case.
I think someone has already just formed 307 Win brass with a 243 size die and shot it as a 243 rimmed that would be the easiest route.
