They were running a good sale at a national chain sports store, so I decided to jump in. Didn't realize it until I got home that the trigger is not gold? It's just a regular steel blued trigger. Anyone ever get one of these? LOL, they must have ran out an put whatever was available on it!
I ordered a Wild West trigger anyway, so not so much of a big deal, unless you like the gold plated trigger? This particular rifle also has ALL the exterior metal parts(exception is the two barrel bands) parkerized, just like the Remington 870's. Good for cutting down glare I suppose. The stock is laminated, which gave it a good look. The action is great, very smooth to my suprise. So, all in all I believe that after test driving this rifle, I would give it a good thumbs up
