For the 243 and 06 , H414 is my favorite, for the 223 4895 will work (plus it will work across the board for all your rifle cartridges if trying to keep things simple)
For the 7mm I like 4831,
For cast bullets 5744 is my favorite.
Handgun powder you can get by really well with unique and 2400 for just about any cartridge made.
The only shotshell loading I do is bismuth for the 20 ga, and there I use longshot...

7 Mag, 7mm-08, 7mm RUM?  I am using 120gr-140gr bullets in my 7mm-08.  Haven't had any need for anything heavier.  I have to also second the Unique as a versatile handgun powder that can also load shotgun and 45-70.

The 7 mag,  I always used 160 gr bullets. The 7x57 got mostly 154 gr Hornady's.

I use a lot of Winchester 748 and 760 for factory duplication loads in the 30-06 and .223.  My Handi's really like these loads.  For shotgun I use X-7400.  I haven't reloaded for pistol in so long I can't remember what I used last.

What Is A Veteran?
A 'Veteran' -- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve -- is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America,' for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.' That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country today who no longer understand that fact.
