NEED YOUR INPUT ON THIS ONE.

The  gun and formula: knight lk 93 54 cal/bsa  catseye 1.5-4.5/85 3f wano match/240 grn xtp T/C breakaway sabot/cci or rem #11 cap.

problem: when temps drop below 10 f ,rifle will always shoot high 4"/left 4".@ 100. The colder it gets the worst it gets.

causes ??: temp is affecting powder

                 temp is affecting barrel

                 temp contorting stock

                 Temp is affecting scope

                 Temp affecting sabot

                 extra clothes affecting hold

                 ignition

Now it still groups tight, just always moves in same drection. At first I thought maybe I was "pushng" it,being right handed,it would go H/L.So I wore all my usual cold weather gear, did not do it in warmer weather. I do not think it would be cold enough to "contort" the barrel.Ignition is always instant. stock, maybe but it would have to be at bolt up because barrel is free floated, and stock would be strongest at the pillar. So that leaves scope ,sabot and powder.Sights have been removed,as I like a LOW scope.Give me some input from your experiences.

Just a few guesses, and that's all they are. I'd look to powder and sabot.

All powders burn slower in colder weather, whether BP or smokeless. Some have reported that groups hit higher due to the bullet being in the barrel longer-- though it is only a few thousandths of a second. I'd be curious if use of Pyrodex P, for example, improved your situation.

The T/C sabots you are using are likely not the latest formulation polyethylene from MMP-- so, I'd try current product from http://www.mmpsabots.com .

No real answers for you, but two things that seem reasonable to try.

Interesting problem.   I'm guessing it is something in the shooting platform.  I believe you said you've eliminated heavier clothing as the problem.  My next point of focus would be the stock.  The injection molded stocks can change in stiffness with temp.
A couple of questions:   Can you chill the gun and it still shoot high in warm weather (put it in a cooler?)?  I believe you said the barrel was free floating.  What about the ramrod?  Does the rifle shoot to the same zero with and without the ramrod?
Its been a while since I looked at the breakaway sabots, but as I remember they have a lubed base wad.  How much stiffer is that wad in the cold?
