New GOP: Whites Need Not Apply

Prominent Black Michael Steele  says the GOP needs to hire more non-whites "who look like" him  (i.e. Black people) in order to appeal to minorities.   What happened to "color blind conservativism"?

I thought race based hiring, based on skin color, was  racial discrimination that is illegal.

Well racial discrimination is only illegal if it's against non-whites.  Racial discrimination against whites is A-OK.

We've always been told that the "color of one's skin" doesn't matter.  NOw we're told that it matters a great deal.

I don't know if the party can survive.  my particular county just re-elected a former sheriff who is under 37 felony indictments for racketeering, mis-using public funds, theft, etc.  he won with over 70% of the vote.

this is the future of our country.  intregrity counts for nothing for a certain voting bloc.  it's all about color and give-aways.
