Well, you're wrong about voters going to the polls and pulling levers in Washington State. We vote on paper ballots that are mailed to us. We either mail them back, burn them, or deposit them in special collection boxes. When, how and if they are counted depends on which areas and precincts are involved. From past votes, I would bet that a lot of valid votes are not counted and bags full of phonied up ballots are counted. In close votes the Dumycrats always find a bag of votes that are just enough to put them over the top. Nothing unique about this; it happens all over the country. It's not who votes, it's who counts the votes.
