Mr Busted Up
« on: November 30, 2012, 11:41:59 AM »
Shot his 10 point at 6:50 AM, opening day of the WV deer season with my 309JDJ at 60 yds. Dropped at the shot. Sure was surprised to see his busted up rack!

My cousin shot a nice 8 point at 7:05 AM!

I use the Nolser 165 BT in the 309JDJ and have NEVER seen an entrance hole like this before! Look like the BT blew up on impact

i shot a 8 pt with a tad heavier horn than that deer and his main beam was broken off rite above the brow tine on the left side. well i say he was a 8 pt but i guess now he just a 6 pt if yu count the stub as a point! i heard cuz of the drouth we were haveing all summer the horns were more brittle. dont know if thats true or not.
