All one need do is watch Dr. Zhivago, it creeped up on these people so silently they hardly saw it
coming untill it was to late to stop it. Back then they only talked about it also, the modern Internet
is no exception. They have lied to us, cheated our electoral process, crippled our economy, so in
doing little who do we have any right to blame but ourselves.
We as Americans are still useing a system and obeying its laws that is rapidly becoming extinct.     
And we are at this time fading into the night, like it or not the evidence of this is everywhere.
They are using our own loyalty and patriotism against us by useing our own possess to keep us
subdued and obedient. While they now openly do not adhere to the same laws they keep us
restrained by. Once a law is openly disobeyed without repercussions it no longer is relevant.

A personal experience I saw once related to this directly. A local district judge admitted openly in
his court room that although he had personal reservations about a certain law, it was the law as spelled out very clearly in the Constitution and he intended to enforce it by the letter.
No matter who or what it was that had brought that case before him in the first place.

So for any further discussion, the big shot politician went to jail for fraud. And the little land owner
was vindicated.

follow the same laws they make us abide by. If the shoe was on the other foot they would take
full advantage of this. The Constitution to a Liberal is only relevant when they need it to be .

 I don't think it troubles the dems at all IG. In fact, i'd say its what they want. Protection, security, promises of their well being, this is what they seek. You'll find few self relient types among the dems and few free thinkers. They tend to trade their "self" into the collective where all seems safe and warm, they probably TRUELY don't understand why we don't join them. We are day and night from these folks. Best explanation of it that i've heard was the supposed "liberal" gene found a few years ago. This would explain alot I think, if true. No matter the reason though, its quickly becoming apparent that our differences are becoming great enough to warrent big BIG changes in the country as we've known it, this ruling party and their nitwit followers are not a majority and I think the true..mostly silent majority is gonna react harshly to changes that'll show themselves in the coming year. Hey, there's nothing wrong with Japanese bikes! The Honda 750 forced the entire rest of the industry to upgrade and modernize, and the new CB1100 is a retro standard that looks really nice! (Having said that, I ride an '03 Moto Guzzi!  )

As for the political question, communism, no way. European style socio-capitalism is a possibility, I guess. As far as the fascism charge, you have to ask if government merging with private corporations (he probably didn't mean a literal "merger") that were proposed is worse than insidious corporate takeover of government. You know, like we have now.  Either way, the end result is fascism. The only difference is does big money call the shots, or does the gov't do it.
