The Obamas lavishly decorate the Whitehouse with a whopping 54 trees and they are not even scheduled to be in the WH during either Christmas or New Years.

Amazing how a reelection can reshape an incumbent's thinking about many things. Now safely ensconced in the White House for 49 more months, the Obamas have decorated the place with 54 Christmas trees this year.
Even allowing for the usual Washington excesses with taxpayer

money, that's a whole grove of Christmas trees.
"We have 54 trees in the White House," an excited Michelle Obama proudly told visitors the other day. "54!  That’s a lot of trees."
In fact, the Obamas' 54 trees this year are almost 50% more Christmas trees than last year.
 
In addition to 54 Christmas trees, Michelle Obama has overseen the placement of thousands of ornaments in public rooms. Many of the ornaments celebrate the Obama family dog, Bo, who seems to have become the First Family's favorite symbol of Christmas. Other decorations, including on the more prominent trees, were made by children in schools on U.S. military bases.
There's several hundred yards of garlands and wreaths all over the hallways and rooms. And, of course, a traditional gingerbread house that has working chandeliers and weighs about 300 pounds.

I think the point is, where and when does the cutting back on stupid expenditures begin? Its just like the endless multi million dollar vacations. When is it time to say hey this country is in 16 trillion dollars of debt, we don't need this. Obviously it doesn't matter when it comes to spending someone else's money. Why end the party now? Its not their money. Its kind of like having elected thieves.

My wife asked me what I wanted for Christmas, and after a little thought, I told her I had everything I needed, she said same with her, so we are giving Christmas to a family she knows from school, and we will celebrate by going to the movie to see Les Miz.
my point in this is to show that democrats are thieves and couldn't care less about those less fortunate.

Not, being a scrooge. Just trying to make common sense of things. Anyway Christmas isn't about decorating pine trees, and many of the other things that go on this time of year. Have to wonder, are the Obama's celebrating the birth of Christ, or are they just decorating trees to make the place look nice. Don't know where the hearts of the Obama's are, but from things he's done and said, I have a guess. Just wonder if he ever gave thanks and praise to Jesus Christ. Being he didn't mention Jesus at Thanksgiving, I doubt he will mention Christ and the word thanks in the same sentence at Christmas either. So what do you think? Are the Obama's celebrating the birth of Christ, or are they just decorating pine trees?

taunted Christians by placing things dear to them that were captured in public places.
But just like the Obamas they just did not get it, it never was about some tree or an ornimate
with a dogs picture on it. Or his favorite transvestite actor like they did back in 2009.

those who voted for you, we see it as money we would have lost to you anyway.

Your antics have little effect on us, in fact you are filling our churches with those who want to know
Jesus and not you. What your presence has done for the firearms industry? You should see what it
has done for those of faith,or those who are now seeking out the one true Savior so they do not have
to listen to you. Obama will never crush the Christian faith or its resolve, its been tried before by

is there any extravagancy that these people will not make us pay for? if i was obama i would be ashamed of it all.i simply cant imagine living the way they do off us while the average man is tightening his belt because of the situation he has put us in.and i know its not totally his fault but ive not seen him do one smart thing yet to ease our situation.anybody agree?
