Dali Llama say he curious if something can be done to modify the "trigger time" for when above quoted message be sent to posters? Dali say that it be received even with time delay of going back to forum after posting, opening another thread, reading posts, and responding to same. :? :?

Flow interval is set at 120 seconds. It is there for a valid reason and while "could" be changed it won't be. If I set it to less then some of the folks who wish to cause trouble can just find it easier to do so. Two minutes between posts is not an unreasonable time to wait.

GB say to meditate in the short interval. :-D

I've gotta disagree with you on this one. I find some of the material Dali posts to be thought provoking. It sparks interesting and informative commentary from us members. The posts that don't interest me I ignore, and just move on to something else.

Posting 10 new topics can surely send the older topics down the tubes, BUT the *really* good topics tend to find their way to the top no matter what. *smiles*

With all those Forum Topics out there and all this stuff has to end up in a Titled one about Marlin.

I actually believe that there is a topic forum for just about everything here. The users just have to learn to submit to the correct one.

Unless it has something to do with Marlin, I doubt it belongs in this forum.

Wizzard you have posted some good info so lets not let some petty dislikes goof it up here for you. Dali thanks for the restraint! I know both of you guys have had differences in the past so lets try to get along ok? :shock: As far as the time limit here goes Myself and all the other moderators have to observe it too which slows us down in responding to post but it has to be there as we have had some problem folks on here in the past pasting tons of smilies and profanity on all the sites just to cause havoc so I can see why and respect why GB put the limit in place. Dali Llama say he wonder if there at least be some way to prevent losing entire content of post if happen to post again in less than 120 seconds? :? Dali say that what be frustrating: not only is new post not accepted, but it apparently be lost in cyberspace and poster have to start over.
