trailcam choices

One  of  my  faults  is  procrastination .  Ive  been   delaying  getting  a  cam  &  it  seem  the longer  I   wait  the  more  I  get  overwhelmed  by  the  increasing   choice's  out  there. I  would  like  input  from  those  of  you  disappointed  in  your  purchase or  pleased  with  it.       Thanks.

Im watching this too. My two old ones are getting tired. This time one thing i will look for is a camera that allows viewing in the field.

Im  trying  to  avoid  buying  several  lemons  before  I  get  a  dependable  one. Do  you  use  the  flash  or  infared ?  Im  thinking  the  flash  may  spook  the  critters  into the  next  county.

I just bought a Moultrie at WalMart for $59.99. It was in a blister pac so I couldn't really tell too much about it. They said I could return it if I decided it wasn't what I wanted. The kicker was for $5.00 I bought a 2 year replacement guarantee. If it quits working for any reason they will give me a new one within the 2 year period. (so they say) I took it home, did a little research, and found mixed reviews. Although it takes c batteries a couple of sources have indicated I should get several weeks battery life-much better than the older models. I'm still not sure whether to return it or not. I think I'll wait and see how Santa treats me.

Impressive  color  in  daylight  pictures.  The  cam  flash  in  night  pics  doesnt   seem  to  spook  the  deer.  thanks  for  the  reveiw.

I'm looking hard at the Reconyx but the prices are just crazy - has anyone put their money down on a Reconyx and feel they got their money's worth over other trail cams out there??

i too am alot more interested in bang for the buck on a lower end model. Ive allready had two stolen and am not going to put a 300 dollar camera out in the woods.
