Brass Nosecap for the Huntsman/Sidekick?
« on: December 18, 2012, 06:43:11 AM »
Hey Guys,

I am seriously considering putting nice walnut stocks on a Huntsman.   If I do, I would sure like to dress it up a little with a nose cap for the forend.

Does anybody have any ideas whatsoever?   The only thing I can think of is to get a Hawkens nose cap, and see if, with a little inletting and sanding, I might be able to fit it on.

I only shot three rounds through mine this year.  One to check the zero.  One to shoot a deer. And one, after finding the deer dead within 50 yards,  to discharge the back-up round into the ground that I previously loaded when I was tracking it.

  Thanks, Mannyrock
