Chuck calls out former friend Joe Scarborough
« on: December 20, 2012, 08:14:40 PM »
Some thought Joe Scarborough at MSNBC was one of few conservatives there. What a joke he has turned out to be.Chuck calls him out and dresses him down.

For the few times I've seen him, I have had Scarborough pegged as a "sellout", a mere token; and a poor counterfiet at that!  A typical politician, who will do whatever it takes to keep his cushy job.  If he ever had a conservative bone, it appears obvious that he has swapped it for big paydays.
I haven't been to C. Baldwin's website before, but found there is much I agree with and some I am not in avid agreement with.  I did venture into his article of why he moved to the Flathead valley in Montana...and it makes good sense.  There were a couple areas where he made perfect sense.  That was where he echoed my firm belief of some 50 years or more.  That was where he said big cities are the breeding ground of folks who willingly throw away the hard-won freedoms of our constitution.  Here's how he put it:
'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''

"As I traveled the country, it became very obvious to me that not every place shares the same love for and understanding of freedom. I quickly discovered that Thomas Jefferson was right when he said that big cities were the “bane” of freedom. And there are almost no exceptions to the fact that the bigger the city is, the less freedom there is. Furthermore, it is also an accurate observation that those states that are dominated by big cities (which most states are) the more difficult it is for freedom-loving people in those states to be able to actually resist the juggernaut of oppression and socialism.
Chicago is why the people in Illinois are losing their liberties; Baltimore is why the people in Maryland are losing their liberties; Atlanta is why the people in Georgia are losing their liberties; St. Louis and Kansas City are why the people in Missouri are losing their liberties; Dallas and Houston are why the people in Texas are losing their liberties; Los Angeles and San Francisco are why the people of California are losing their liberties; Portland is why the people of Oregon are losing their liberties; Seattle is why the people of Washington State are losing their liberties; Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and Orlando are why the people of Florida are losing their liberties; Birmingham is why the people of Alabama are losing their liberties, etc., etc
'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''
       AMEN!!
He could not have said it more accurately, nor more succinctly!  Blue states are where the big cities wag the dog and the "dependant" people found in cities are overwhelmingly the slaves of the Democrat party!  It seems our cities are virtually overrun with mobs who are ready to "trade their long-term freeedoms for short-term safety (or freebies)".  ...And quoting him, it is indeed sad but the more 'citified' our voting public becomes, the less free we are...
The Republican 'establishment' is obviously following the same course as the Dems..they are just a bit more hesitant..

Greed! The lust for power and money is the reason many get into politics. It would appear only a few do it for patriotic reasons, and remain dedicated.

Even SCOTUS people can come down with the "inner beltway" disease.  Remember the formerly constitutional judge Roberts... and how he put a dagger to the constitution, concerning Obamacare..
