nut-jobs and mentally retarded that step out of line should be put down, euthanized.  if they are not fit to determine right and wrong, they cannot be trusted, kill them.  it's extremely simple.  all that liberal feel-good nonsense is what enables them to grow to adulthood and become a menace.  get rid of them early, while they're hitting other kids on the playground!  there is no opportunity cost, a retard will always be a retard, and a crazy will always be crazy.  conscience does NOT factor into the circumstances at all.

A death penalty for something someone might do in the future, even if they have mental health issues, is police state mentality on a level with the Nazis. Look at it another way: if the government could use mental health as an excuse to kill you for what you might do in the future, they could use other criteria to do the same thing. If you own guns, for instance, you might, potentially, shoot someone at some point--- they could put you to death, too; there's no difference.
If you give up, THEY don't have to win.

The story on how he got into the school keeps changing. First the news reported they buzzed him in because his mom worked in the school. When the news media found out she had no connection to the school they reported he blasted out the glass with his "assault rifle". If the door was a "security door" how secure was it after firing .223 ammo into it. What sort of "glass" was it. I believe the door was an ordinary door which was easily breached. We will see in the coming months how much security the school had when the parents start sueing the school for not providing proper security..

a firearm will blow a door knob off, possibly a cheap dead-bolt.  that's about it on a heavily built wooden door, and definitely a good metal door.  I know, since I ran a live-fire urban breaching range once... 5.56 and 12 ga don't blow doors open, or apart.  Repetitive kicking will put a solid metal door out of commission in a few minutes or pull the frame out of the wall because they warp if hit enough, wooden ones will split and fall apart but not as easily as people think.  I don't think adam lanza had the brute force necessary to bust in a good door, he probably walked right in.  He definitely didn't sneak in if he had all that gear they said he did.  The story will be that he did whatever is scariest and fits the agenda of whoever is speaking...............

The reason we don't see media coverage on the magnanimous statement made by the NRA, but we  keep seeing pictures of kids and funerals, to be later joined by Piers Morgan to continue hammering away against the 4 million families who exercise a right to protect themselves, is because we have a controlled media in America.  It is controlled by an ethnic minority doing it at the expense of the majority.  It's that simple.   8)
You just pointed out the FACT that we are no longer a free country! Something MUST be done about the media propagand ministry we suffer uner. By the way there is a petition to deport Piers Morgan (British citizen) that has gained thousands more signatures than it needs.

So far the buzz is that any attempt to pass an ARB is falling apart at the seams. The root cause is
because the MSM just couldn't get its story straight before they started making speculations about
what really happened. Some members of Congress including a lot of Democrats are demanding that
we get the entire truth about this before they will sign off on any legislation.

Spurring rumors that Obama will end up doing this with an EO. This will be the straw that broke the
camels back. Showing full well that Obama is very willing to go around Congress to do what he
pleases, making Congress and the Supreme Court into an irrelevant body of cry baby's.
Obama is using his same old tactics that he uses in elections. Where he gets on TV and tells a sob
story lie to the American people saying we all supported him on this.

Fake polls and rigged elections have become his hallmark. So if this happens it is as I have said
before. It is because we let him get away with it. Looking on some other forums people are already
willing to compromise on their 2nd amendment rights. There is no compromise when the entire
subject of debate is a lie. When are the American people going to grow a pair ?
It's embarrassing !

The same ethnic minority who controls the American media controls the British media.  That is why Brits have no guns!  And it ain't because of the muzzies.    ;)

We need to build a wall separating the American people from the flea bitten tribe.   ;D
Study after study has shown how dangerous distracted driving is yet people continue to talk on their cell phones while driving. Driving in the U.S. requires your full attention. Many states and countries have made it illegal to use a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle and the federal government should follow their lead. Banning the use of cell phones while driving would have the added benefit of making the no-texting law enforceable.

Absolutely, TM! We used to have effective anti-trust laws that prevented things like that. Part of "deregulation" was to negate those laws, so now ALL media can be ownedby a handfull of corporations, and BP can own Chevron, Texaco, the company which produces the only batteries that can compete economically with gasoline (Ovonics--- and they refuse to produce anything larger than 1 cell batteries for public sale), as well as controlling interest in wind and solar power companies. Only government is strong enough to take away that stranglehold on the economy, like it or not, and as long as they have the minds of enough sheep, that government will not act.
