H&r 20GA Disassembly?

I have the H&R ultra slug hunter and i need to get into the trigger mechanism to to a trigger job and cleaning. I know to knockout all the pins but is there a specific way because i cant seem to get them out and i don't want to damage them. Any response please.  :o

YUP, Excellent advice, you Def read the FAQ's...  ::) ;)

WELCOME to the board!!!!!

BUT real quick, LOOK close at the pins... one side is knurled, nock them out so the knurling emerges first. You dont want to drive that knurling thru the action. THEN upon re-assembly, insert the pins exactly as removed. Meaning dont let that knurling before that other side of the receiver and try to carefully index them do they use the same indentations as they did origionally.

OH yea, dont even think of dis assembly without a slave pin! Many things can be used,  it just needs to be slightly smaller diameter then factory pin and just a lil shorter then the inside width of the action.
