contender 209/45 load data

I've got a contender 209/45 barrel on the way I am familiar with muzzle loading been doing it for 20+ years but only traditional not the inline and not to fit my contender frame.. Any and all info would be appreceated ie can I use black powder if so ffg or fffg or do I have to use the newer substitutes what should I use for bullets or balls... HELP

Just load & shoot like any other ML , the only real difference will be in clean-up , all you will have to do is pull the barrel off the frame , pop out the breach plug and wash the barrel in warm / soapy water .
 
After shooting my H&R Huntsman ( basicly the same style ) I'm not sure I'd go back to a normal ML again .

PS - normal Black Powder will be fine in either ffg or fffg .
