Reciever sight I.D. help!!!

I have a reciever sight I need help identifying,I have 2 digital pictures avalible I could email out,can anyone help?It needs a base,and I need to know who to order it from. Thank you,Jeff Stamper.:?:

I was at a friend's house and he gave me a box he had,with a picture(always works better for me!) and it was for the sight-a Mossberg #330 sight.
