9.3x74R O/U double gun suggestions??

Hi All,
 
I'm getting bored and want something new.  Can anyone suggest a decent 9.3x74R o/u that can be had for less than 5k new or used?

  There's several, starting with the Valmet 412...  It's the cheapest DR i'd buy...
 
  Personally, if i was you, i'd buy a S&S Chapuis in 9.3x74R.  They can be had for 5K or less, and are a very nice DR of good quality!

Thanks DM!  I've never fired a SXS rifle (or shotgun for that matter).  I think it would be kinda fun to own a double in a euro caliber.  I'll do some checking!

I have the Valmet 412 9.3x74r DR and really like it.  But if I had the money at the time I would have gone with the Chapuis. 


I think there is a Valmet 412 9.3x74R on gun broker for arround $2k.

Used Blaser O/U. Standard model will put you in the 4k to 5k area.  You can get other combination factory barrels for about 2k after initial purchase.

Take a look at the Fabarms Asper.  Not really a classically-styled double, but nicely made and very accurate with the right load.  I got one a few years ago and it took awhile to get it shooting the way I wanted, but it's now one of my favourites.  I lucked out and got upgraded wood for the regular-wood price.  Fabarms makes a nice QD scope mount for it as well.  Mine was $3300 Canadian.

Chapuis also makes an O/U that could be looked over.
