And it had to be a night. Had this come to the light of day I hope that many of the socialists who helped this fascist governor strip us of our rights would have received word from their constituency to vote otherwise, but Imay be wrong about that.
The 7 round limitation applies to rifles, shotguns and pistols. No Siaga shotguns or rifles that will accept standard Ak magazines, no more SKS rifles, Tokarev rifles, Ljungman rifles or any that take magazines or 10 round clips, and no pistols with capacities over 7 rounds.
That foul greasy fascist fully intends to completely strip us of our rights and our means to defend ourselves from his jack boot thugs. Surrender your firearms now or be put to the yoke.
rebal wants to know what to do about it next: (1) we need to find a lawyer, or the NRA, to challenge this in court and enjoin the governor from enforcing it in the interim. But, like his greasy father, he will go on about his business until the courts tell him to stop, so now I think about the best bet we have is to try and get the NRA involved. cuomo said that provisions will be made and certain guns/mags grandfathered in but that will require registration and permitting, as with pistols - this means they do not yet have all the information they would like to have as to who owns what, but we won't be able to use any of what we have without his thugs being all over us. It is also the step just befor confiscation, whichis also in the bill. He needs no further legislative action to confiscate what is registered, all he has to do is sic his dogs on us as they will know what we have and where it is. And please do not forget how your family will suffer during confiscation - your wife will get a butt-stroke across her mouth if she questions anything at all, your disabled child will be stepped on like a toad if he or she doesn't act quite fast enough and of course, your dogs will be shot.
At this point I don't know if I am ready for general insurrection or if I should wait for the NRA to try some legal action here. I know they are already aware of what cuomo has done and it remains to be seen what, if anything, they will do. If they won't do anything then I would say it is up to us to either fight this or lay down and die. I have no intentions of dying for that greasy scum though, I want you to know; and if it comes to a fight, I say finish it - push him back to nyc, split the state into two new ones, NY State and the city-state of ny, repeal any laws enforced on the State of NY by legislation initiated by nyc socialists, and regain our dignity.
