Need HOWTO Instructions: Shipping a Handi-Rifle barrel.

I will be shipping a Handi-Rifle barrel to a GBO member, and wonder if anyone has discovered a good method of shipping a barrel?

It is a rather clumsy thing to ship, and I want to get it right for the next owner's benefit.

Any help will be appreciated.
