Can Anybody from Wyoming verify this?? It basicly says we will not go along with unreasonable fed regs. I hope it's true and other states follow suit. POWDERMAN.  :o :o

Haven't been able to confirm it yet, but if so I sure as heck will be voting it in.

It's strange how politicians in the west and south have some brain cells, but in the northeast and pacific coast, they have none.

Yes there is such a bill introduced at the legislature. Whether or not it will make it past the committe hearings or not, or whether or not it makes it thru to a full legislative vote is another question. They've got their handsfull down there right now with the supplemental budget due to the lower coal production and natural gas prices in the tank, there's some serious revenue shortfall going on. Our constitution says the budget must be balanced.
Then there's the question as to whether or not the law should it actually pass be enforceable? The Feds you can bet are going to say no, and the court fights begin..
In the 1920's "sheeple" was a term coined by the National Socialist Party in Germany to describe people that would not vote for Hitler. In the 1930's they held Hitler as the only one that would bring pride back to Germany and bring the budget and economy back.....
