Whats the best online metal source for STEEL

Hi. Im trying to find the best place online to order 4" cr1018 for making cannons. The best I have found is around $57 a foot after shipping on a 4' piece.
 
Anyone know of a better price?

That's probably a pretty good price including the shipping which usually is a killer.  12" of 4" round is about 41.5 pounds and new steel goes for at least a dollar a pound these days.

Don't you have a steel yard somewhere nearby that you can buy surplus and drops (rems) from?  Most likely they would be cheaper.
