I remember that IG. They have some of the worlds best equipment to clean up such a spill. I believe there were other countries that offered to aid in the cleanup, but were also denied. I do not trust this government one bit, and I don't believe they are beyond doing anything to further an agenda. I am not all that familiar with Rigbys but that 400 must be a wildcat as I thought they were .416 or .450. But I have been wrong before. I think the figures about mentally disturbed people in this country (as stated by a previous post) was highly under estimated if the recent election is any gauge.  Liberalism is a recognized mental disorder and one has to assume that most if not all who voted for a freak like Obama are liberals, so at least half of all voters in this country are nuts.
Still, I don't know if I'm ready to believe that all the crazy stuff that is happening is planned and choreographed by the Dumycrats, but I know that you will never lose by overestimating the ends to which that extreme element will resort.

Here's a reminder: During the first Obama term these shootings were about as common as they are now. You may recall that such shootings got little coverage during Obama's first term.
 
Something like the Sandy Hook shooting, during the second term, is what they were waiting for to push the agenda forward, knowing that such a thing would eventually happen at a convenient time. Maybe not expecting little kids like this, but there is a certainty that mass shootings in schools that kill significant numbers of kids happen pretty much predictably, at least in terms of incidents per year.
