I'm originaly from St. Louis. I wouldn't walk out, nor even in,  my door unless I was carrying! If it were not for the current gun debates this wouldn't have even been news worthy other than locally. Just another typical day in St. Louis!

I find it interesting that about 3-4 years ago when Obama wanted to give a couple $ billion to Soros' outfit in Brazil..to drill in the Gulf..we had a mysterious blowout on a rig in our Gulf.  Then a Dutch concern offered to get cleaning the oil slick after the first week..   They were for some reason, denied permission to help...so the impact of the blowout was much greater than necessary.  That spill could have been cleaned up in 2-3 weeks   http://www.businessinsider.com/heres-the-real-reason-america-refused-international-help-on-the-oil-spill-2010-6
Obama shut down our drilling in the Gulf...and sent Soros his money
'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''
The obama supporters apparently wanted to destroy the 2nd amendment..  Fast & Furious backfired..as it should have, but they in no way would give up their drive to disarm Americans.
Now, shortly after his second election..the drive to kill the 2nd is on again.  Somehow we have been getting a huge rash of  school shootings.... ??? ?

I remember that IG. They have some of the worlds best equipment to clean up such a spill. I believe there were other countries that offered to aid in the cleanup, but were also denied. I do not trust this government one bit, and I don't believe they are beyond doing anything to further an agenda. Some people think that us who think this way are in need of medication, but that is ok, because I think those that trust this government we have now. Are the ones in need of medication.
Some day, those that think this government is on their side are in for a rude awakening.

Halliburton ships were even denied after they offered to help . It was like Obama wanted to cripple
the gulf coast and its year round deep water ports . But on the flip side you can not keep a good
Cajun down.  Some of them were rigging their fishing boats into oil skimmers out of ma and pa
welding shops all along that coast . I remember some of them were barreling that oil up and selling
it !  ;D  Louisiana has some very resourceful individuals down there .

Was in St. Louis long enough to pick up a rental car.....ruddiest place I have ever been.  My wife's friend got her Doctorate there at the UOW@St.L.  She hit the deck due to gun fire at least once a week.

I know it seems far-fetched, almost too huge a conspiracy, but it seems all these school & mall shooters were on psyche drugs and being treated..
Aren't most shrinks are way out on the  political left wing?    ....No, forget it..it can't be..
..But I do wonder where the usual gaggle of conspiracy theorists are these days..

Then look to the cover ups that would have ended up being conspirecy theory stuff had the morons not gotten busted, as in "Fast and furious". Like Benghazi where eventually we'll have a better idea why obama seemed to want it all to happen. Admiral Lyons recently came forward to state that Chris Stephens was to be kidnapped, for a future trade for inprisoned islamist "the blind sheik". I put NOTHING past this administration and don't doubt for a minute that the regime has "events" planned all week/month. We are living in amazing times.  J

If you make a bet that "Der Fuehrer" won't hand the blind Sheik over to Egypt..I bet you will lose your money.  He WILL be handed over..(IMO)

If Admiral Lyons is correct, and I somehow feel comfortable saying he is, Then the blind murdering sheiks chances just got slimmer. ;D I really think a lot of these "conspirecy theories" have way to many coincedences to be coincedence. From Bernadina Dorn on to present day Conneticutt, violence is but collateral damage. In their personal wars to achieve their goals. Even tragedies they may have played no part in are used for political leverage. What is most incredible is that half the nation doesn't notice, doesn't care.  Sorry for going off topic.  J

Conversations drift as new ideas pop up.  Ironglow may have hit on some truths, I don't know for sure, but NOTHING is out of bounds for this administration. obama I think, is very much like stalin with a little hitler thrown in for good measure.

What better way to hide the truth than to intentionaly set the stage for conspiracey theorists ?

Those who REALLY  feel the Obama administration is behind the school shooting or welcome it ; need to have your guns confiscated because you are mentally ill. I'm dead serious about that- that is some really sick thinking.  Here are the statistics - Mental Disorders in AmericaMental disorders are common in the United States and internationally. An estimated 26.2 percent of Americans ages 18 and older — about one in four adults — suffer from a diagnosable mental disorder in a given year.1 When applied to the 2004 U.S. Census residential population estimate for ages 18 and older, this figure translates to 57.7 million people.2 Even though mental disorders are widespread in the population, the main burden of illness is concentrated in a much smaller proportion — about 6 percent, or 1 in 17 — who suffer from a serious mental illness.1 In addition, mental disorders are the leading cause of disability in the U.S. and Canada.3 Many people suffer from more than one mental disorder at a given time. Nearly half (45 percent) of those with any mental disorder meet criteria for 2 or more disorders, with severity strongly related to comorbidity.1
In the U.S., mental disorders are diagnosed based on the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, fourth edition (DSM-IV).4

You being a liberal, I understand that you'll use any excuse to confiscate guns, but the real mentally ill are in the whitehouse.  they and the DC liberals are using Sandyhook as their platform by trying to demonize guns and waving off any talk of the mentally ill.

 Kimber says;
"An estimated 26.3 percent of Americans ages 18 and older- abouit 1 in 4 adults- suffer from a disgnosable mental disorder in a given year."

  Hey; 26.3 percent..that explains the die-hard liberals.... ;) ;D
... except they usually suffer from their delusions for a longer period; quite often until they are truly grow up. ;) ;D

Kimber, I didn't accuse anybody of anything...I was just baiting the conspiracy theorists among us.  In case you haven't noticed, there is a whole special forum for them here.
I am not basically a conspiracy theorist..I only visited that forum a couple times in years past, and that to question the participants.

BUGEYE, you and PW are the kings of sweeping generalizations which in turn makes it difficult to take anything you all say seriously. Many liberals have guns. If I and other liberals on this board do not own guns why do we go to so much trouble to be knowledgeable about them? BUGEYE, when was the last time you reloaded for the .219DW? When is the last time you shot a custom Winchester Highwall with double set triggers and an Unertl scope? When was the last time you came in sixth place out of about 2,400 shooters at a National Guard Army shooting booth? Why is H-4895 considered a rifle powder and Unique a handgun powder? Why do you measure black powder by volume not weight? Why is it incorrect to refer to the .45 Colt as the .45 Long Colt? Why should one not use anything other than mild loads in the 45-70 Trapdoor? What is the difference between the Remington model 12A and a C? You get the idea I hope. Hope you don't choke on your salt. ::)
By the way my only real firearm failure so far has not been able to get my Handi in .243 to group well. Can't be perfect!

I am not all that familiar with Rigbys but that 400 must be a wildcat as I thought they were .416 or .450. But I have been wrong before. I think that my "handlers" could monitor this board just fine without me. Guess it is your choice to call me a liar.  Kind of hard to call you out when you hide behind a keyboard. oh I didn't call you a liar, I said I take a liberals gun claims with a grain of salt.  the reason being, I just can't comprehend why a gun owner IS liberal.  since their politicians are gun grabbers.
and Powderman does us all a real service by bringing things to our attention which we might otherwise miss.

I think the figures about mentally disturbed people in this country (as stated by a previous post) was highly under estimated if the recent election is any gauge.  Liberalism is a recognized mental disorder and one has to assume that most if not all who voted for a freak like Obama are liberals, so at least half of all voters in this country are nuts.
Still, I don't know if I'm ready to believe that all the crazy stuff that is happening is planned and choreographed by the Dumycrats, but I know that you will never lose by overestimating the ends to which that extreme element will resort.

Here's a reminder: During the first Obama term these shootings were about as common as they are now. You may recall that such shootings got little coverage during Obama's first term.

Something like the Sandy Hook shooting, during the second term, is what they were waiting for to push the agenda forward, knowing that such a thing would eventually happen at a convenient time. Maybe not expecting little kids like this, but there is a certainty that mass shootings in schools that kill significant numbers of kids happen pretty much predictably, at least in terms of incidents per year. Copy cat crimes predictably follow to amplify the issue.

I think Conan hit it right on the head. He was just biding his time so he would get elected a second term.

I think that the sadist part of this whole deal is that Americans don't trust their leaders. I don't trust any of the leaders. I don't trust the majority of law enforcement.
