Quick stock question.....

I'm not real familar with the different stocks available for handi's.  What's your opinion of what brand this one is? Ultra or Boyd or ? I think he said it was a Royal pattern/color

Seriously, I'm not sure what it is, but it sure is purdy.  I can see my 22 inch .410 or 20 riding on that baby.

Looks like an RSR rifle, 30-30 or 22 Hornet? Made by H&R in Gardner if it's original. TGS used to carry em, I bought one from em. H&R has made em in monte carlo too, got one on my 270 Ultracomp.

It's a 45-70, if memory serves me correctly  :-\  I think he said he was the original owner.
 
Thanks Tim, I think ours could have been cut from the same piece of wood laminate.  ;D
