54 cal. coyotes
« on: February 15, 2004, 06:44:42 AM »

Here 2 of 4 dog's from last week-end's HAM hunt.
Three were taken with a 54 cal. renegade round ball,
one taken with a 357 Dan  Wesson. The one dog ran
75-100 yds after taking a 54 cal ball through both lungs!!
      Tough critters!

These coyotes were given to Raptors Inc--A lady and husband who take in in birds of prey to reabiltate them and get them back to the wild. She cuts up the dogs and feeds birds.

Those are two triggers--- one being a set trigger. they were standard
  on the T/C renegade models.

I don't think our fur is really good fur.
Our club sells tanned furs for $35 that
we take during the course of the year.
We skin & flesh the hides and pay around
$18 to have them put up( if there not all shot up)
