I hope we’re taking every possible measure to ensure David’s continued health, safety, and access to the news media. David Keene is without question the best hope we have of getting through the current insanity with our 2nd Amendment rights fully intact. This AM on CBS News at about 7:15 he was interviewed (interrogated really) by correspondent Norah O’Donnell, and he won hands down in my opinion. The big “confrontation” came near the end of the 5 min. interview when she pressured him about the “Obama Kids” commercial released recently by the NRA, and Keene easily explained how the issue is the safety of all kids in school, not Obama’s in particular, and he presented it so clearly and convincingly that O’Donnell shut up and ended the interview. I would hope that the NRA has that interview taped and will make it available to their entire membership via email and website TODAY!’ 20 min. after the interview mentioned, the news team interviewed NYC Mayor Bloomberg, and heard the same very inaccurate “facts” and lies he’s been spouting to anyone who is naïve enough to listen to him. He repeated his myth about semi-auto weapons spraying bullets continuously as long as the trigger is held down, among other blatant lies he’s been spouting endlessly, and I’m sure many impressionable citizens believe him, unfortunately.
