110 fcp 338
« on: January 17, 2013, 02:48:45 AM »
I decided to join the 338 lapua crowd and I have a savage 110 fcp hs in 338 lapua coming. I'm hoping it'll be here before the weekend but probly early next week. The only other savage I own is a ML2. I have normally been a Rem. 700 guy and the guy longe range guys that frequent my range talk very higly of savages. I'm really looking forward to getting this rifle. I probly will end up putting a vortex pst 4-16 on it due to a friend having one for sale and it's about all I can afford. I have been shooting a 338 win mag ever since I was twelve (shot alot of deer with that gun) so I have a large stock pile of various 338 bullets to load all I will need is cases and dies. All I can find for Lapua brass right now is Lapua brass very pricey, but I knew it was coming.
