G2 grip?...Decelerator?
« on: January 19, 2013, 06:30:13 AM »
Can't seem to make up my mind about Contenders. My latest delve into the handgun is the 44 mag fast twist MGM barrel at 11.5".
Now I find myself without a hand gun grip....sold the last factory G2 Walnut  grip I had.
Deccelerators are expensive now!
Recommend something for me to hang onto this 44 with guys...and thanks.

Can't make up my mind pretty well says it all when it comes to TC's with you old friend... at least all the years I've known you.   ;D   ;)
Evolution at work. Over two million years ago the genus Homo had small cranial capacity and thick skin to protect them from their environment. One species has evolved into obese cranial fatheads with thin skin in comparison that whines about anything and everything as their shield against their environment. Meus

You know me well.... Indecisive and I make it public.. Ha!
I ordered the G2 grip and forearm set for $55. Said the G2 forearm uses both screws
So I hope it will be nice.

A grip fromTony Gettle can be very nice and if you have one made small enough you can add some layers of rubber to the back side and make it a very comfortable grip. Shawn

G2 Decelerator grip/forend.....I hope the sling studs can be removed [unscrewed?]. They look like they will get in the way if not used for a sling.
I'll report. Also I'm sure some of you will be interested in how the 10" twist MGM barrel 44 Rem Mag shoots....hope to post on that, too. Got scope ready for it, and am getting to the range [outdoor 25/50/100/200/300 yard] range more often these days.....very theraputic for a life long gunner.
