Sorry I don’t have any pics but for more than 25 years I had a 16’ Shasta camper that was a classic. Me and a friend split the cost of $ 500 when we bought it back around 1980, it was a 1964 model and it had the little wings on the rear and wheel skirts.
The interior was really cool looking as it had real varnished wood walls and ceiling and everything worked on it.
It has a propane stove with a oven, a gas/ electric refrigerator freezer and both gas and electric lights.
We bought it for deer hunting trips but over the years that trailer really traveled the US. It had 15” wheels and had a low center of gravity and pulled like a dream, no weaving around or any problem at highway speeds you hardly knew you were pulling it.
It got used a lot for summer camping , fall hunting trips and just as a place for the guys to sit and have a few drinks and BS when it was parked at home. I took it from OH all the way to WY twice and used it to stay out on the prairie antelope hunting and dozens of hunting trips. It finally got to where we weren’t using it for a couple years and my wife wanted me to get rid of it so I gave it to a friend who still has it now.
I seen somewhere online once where that model was in the camper hall of fame, whatever that is ? It really was utilized and I got a lot more than my moneys worth from that camper. Memories for a lifetime !
