Interesting analysis of some of the Sandy Hook footage which, compared with satellite photos, shows that TV footage of  police at "Sandy Hook" actually showed police at another school.

I agree.  That doesn't change the fact that it was represented by CNN to be police at Sandy Hook School.  How much of the rest of this incident are faked?

You didn't see anyone get killed, you don't know anyone who was killed. 

The issue has nothing to do with "gun legislation."  It has to do with being lied to. 

A few months ago the government lied and said the Libyan murders of 4 Americans were triggered by a goofball Youtube video and the make of that video is in jail today. That story was completely discredited as a fabrication.   Yesterday Hillary Clinton asked "What difference.. does it make?"

Not all of us believe, like Hillary Clinton, that it makes no difference if we're lied to.

The medical examiner said he couldn't determine the caliber of bullets used.  IF he can't determine the  caliber of bullets, it's impossible to determine what weapon was used.   Were the bullets 9mm (.355") or were they .223"?  Does it make a difference?  HELL yes it does.

We need to question a government that lies all the time.

If this subject is so difficult for you, why are you  posting on these threads? 

No one wants to limit your free speech rights or your right to ask questions that powerful people don't want answered.    Respect the rights of people who ask questions too painful for you to face.

I don't think I could have endured the winter in  Valley Forge...starvation, cold, walking in the snow with burlap bags wrapped around my feet instead of my state of the art  insulated, water proof boots.  Thank God others had the courage I lack or I would not have inherited the blessings of liberty that were purchased at a very high price by better men than I am.

If you don't want to ask questions, fair enough. At least respect the rights of those of us who do.

I fail to see how asking questions is disrespectful. Wanting, and believing that we have a right to know what really happened doesn't mean we don't feel any sorrow or pity for those affected by it. My heart sank when I first heard the news, but now that I've seen all the discrepancies in the coverage, I can't help but think something smells fishy. I don't want to believe we've been lied to, because that sort of thing shakes my faith in humanity altogether...but I'm also unable to believe something is the gospel truth because I saw it on TV.

Well said.  No one is complaining about the vicious, ugly name calling and attacks on law abiding  gun owners and the NRA.  Do our feelings account for nothing?

I don't believe anyone died except The alleged shooter and his mother... Maybe.

If the government had the capacity to orchestrate an action of this size, and then control the fallout and all the surrounding collateral information, they would not NEED to do anything , we would all be toast already. They also could have passed a budget, put weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, and settled the global warming question for everyone. The can not and have not. Thinking that no one was killed there is simply delusional. Thinking that they may have distorted or concealed some of the evidence in order to further a particular goal, that is at least possible. Ask all the reasonable questions you like, but this smacks of Aikens remarks about rape victims being unable to become pregnant. That got us Claire McCaskill and a couple of other democratic senators. Right now we have a pretty close split on people who are supporting our gun rights. A few more like Alex Jones in public and the majority won't be letting anyone have a Nerf gun.

I don't personally know what happened at Sandy Hook. I would think with all the members that are on this forum at least one would live close  enough to shed some light on the subject.
 I don't doubt that our government and the news media (and George Soros and Bloomberg and countless others) would lie to us to further their adjenda on gun control or any other subject.

If you bothered to read or listen to Alex Jones you would find his position on this is very much like your own. He's not denying people were killed nor  saying the government killed them but he is saying the obama administration is using it and there are a lot of unanswered questions. He is saying that those unanswered questions combined with past lies in which the news media has been caught give people good reason to doubt the official version of events. As Jones puts it, distrust of government and the news media is not necessarily whaco, we know they both lie and we know they work togather to promote the lies.

There's another private school nearby the one were the shooter was.  Lots of miss information on this one.  I'm confused.....but they want our semi auto's all of them.
