This is some info I got from frogfoot. "I use the 14 grains of ww680 with a .223 jacketed 45 grain bullet. This load in my 22 inch barrel has worked well for me.
(low was 2808 fps, high was 2865 on a ten shot string.) These were with a cci small rifle mag primer. I have loaded this higher,
but it went all over the paper, and I started to see some excess presure signs so i pulled back to where I got the best group.
I also use 11.1 grains of 4759 under a lyman 225415 cast bullet, but I have not checked the velocity on my alpha chronograph.
I am working a load using imr 4198 with a 40 grain jacketed bullet over 13.3 grains of this powder. It seems to shoot well, but the velocity is
not what I wanted as a 5 shot string averaged about 2400 fps.
This little round is still a work in progress, as I have had years of interuption with overseas deployments etc.
These shoot safely in my model 490 topper junior, but always start low and work your way up.
