For the common folks life under Gadaffi was far better than it ever will be again. Libya had the highest standard of living in all of Africa. They had free public education, free health care, free housing, interest free loans and one could safely walk the streets day or night. Of course you had to watch what you say and with whom you associate but the real reason for the overthrow was expressly because people were too free to suit the muslim fundamentalists. Gadaffi was a stabilizing infulence over all of North Africa and the people of Libya will never again have life so good nor live so free.
The Obama propaganda machine perpetrated the lie that the rebels wanted democracy but you watch, of this whole Arab movement not one single democracy will arise, it will be total Muslim theocracy over all of Africa and that by Obama's design.
