XS Sights on Survivor

I want to put ghost ring sights on my. 308 Survivor. I want to mount directly on the barrel, not on the scope base. Anybody done this before? I like XS sights but wonder if how they mount. Thanks for the help.

if you want to mount them on the barrel, chamber swell where the scope base WOULD mount, Williams WGRS is an option

also Skinner Sights I believe has Handi options now.

I haven't seen an XS sight that mounts on a Handi barrel, but perhaps one can cross from another firearm?

XS makes a ghost ring sight specific for the H&R that mounts on the chamber swell just as the WGRS does, model #HR-0001-5, see the drop-down list.  ;)
