G2 Frames
« on: January 28, 2013, 03:44:43 AM »
Does anyone have a first run G2 frame? I recently found a four digit frame with the G prefix and the trigger has an over travel screw that was done so well that im thinking that it was done by the factory. This has me wondering about any other changes that were incorporated into the G2 over the years. My six digit stainless G2 just has the blind platform for the screw but no holes were drilled and tapped. Any experts out there know of any generations of the G2?

Both the blue and stainless frames had the over travel screw in the trigger guard as they were introduced. I'm not sure what year T/C stopped installing them in the trigger guards. I'm thinking maybe around 2007-2008 is when they stopped.
