.243 Coyote Load

Here is what I already have on hand: Hornady 87 grain BTHPs and IMR 4895.  Any loading data for this combo, inlcuding overall length, would be appreciated.  If it matters, I am using a Savage 110.  Thanks

looks like in th 3 book i looked in  you should start at 33gr up to 37 max  you may want to look it up on  hornady web site .. good luck   work up slowly...nosler  says the 33 gr was best

I have been strugaling with my handi 243's but my ruger stomps the heck out of yotes with speer 70 gr tnts . They lay right where you pull the trigger !!!  3 last week !! aa4350 loaded on the edge of max puts em in an inch at 200....Mark

I have the same experience with the Speer 70gr TNTs out of a 6x45 loaded at 3100'ps. Coyotes to 300yds just fall over after the rifle goes off. Haven't pressed it any farther and most likely won't. One hole groups at 100 yds are fairly common on a nice day.
