22 lr barrel

May be a stupid question, but her it goes anyway. Will a 22 lr barrel fit and work on a sb1 or sb2 frame?

Nope, the firing pin will hit dead center.  The Sportster frame has an offset firing pin to strike the rim.  If you can find a Versa Pack barrel it was made for the SB1 or SB2.  It has an offset bore so the firing pin will strike the rim.
