The BC Carbine is fine for any published data you find for the Colt or Casull.
It has a 4140 alloy barrel and SB2 frame, same as all other modern H&R Centerfire rifles (except 357 and 44 mags which are on SB1 frames) which are factory available in 270 Win(65kpsi) and 500S&W(60kpsi).
The Casull has a SAAMI MAP of 65kpsi.
