Silicon Gun Socks ??
« on: February 08, 2013, 04:39:35 AM »
I got several of these Silicon Gun Socks wet at their mouths when a Damp Rid container tipped over in the safe soaking the foam at the bottom.

They Will NOT dry out completely, always feel slightly damp.

Does anyone know if they are safe to use?

I might just cut off the damp part and use on carbines.

I don't really know but would like to. Have you tried conyacting the manufacturer? A bit of water wouldn't seem unusual for a gun case..
