rechambering a Ruger #1

I would like to rechamber a Ruger #1B into a  240 weatherby mag.  I would like to know which caliber would be the best and easiest to use for this purpose.

Amen to the post above.. You might also consider the 6mm-06. Ballistics are nearly identical but brass is cheaper though it has to be made..and resale value is usually less with wildcat rounds. The 240/6mm-06 has intreged me for some time, just have too many irons in the fire already....
