Actually he's blaming us for Blacks murdering Blacks, I suppose he's correct, if we instituted Apartied there would be less of that because we would have blacks unarmed and controlled.
Look at this recent quote:

(Look at Chicago, gangstas killed 550 of their own last year, Chicago-ans look at it as "just One Less Problem")
According to a Tuskegee Normal and Industrial Institute study, between 1882 and 1968, 3,446 blacks were lynched at the hands of whites.
( Actually in the US more whites were lynched by "Committees of Public Safety" than blacks, OK, when blacks were lynched they were denied "Due Process" of the law, it doesn't mean they were innocent, or the lynching was recreational activity)
Personally, as a white guy I am as fed up with blacks as a race as a person can get, I mean them no harm, I wish they would behave, but I cannot see it ever happening.
