track of the wolf sells brush creek roundballs. I think they're more economical than hornady's but can't swear to it. luck & have a good'en, bubba.

The only way to beat TOW is to cast them yourself or have a friend that does.

link to TOW balls:

They seem to have most sizes, maybe not all.  Most generic lead bullet makers dont do balls.

Eddie May in Georgia sells them as well...

I haven't bought a store bought ball in over 30 years...It's quite easy to get a mold and cast yourself, then you never run out... :)

Midsouth Shooters Supply, and Graf's both have roundballs priced reasonably.

the hornady and speer are swaged

i've used both types and usually
go with the least expensive
18 MINUTES.  . . . . . .

Funny you should bring this up. Lately, I've been spending time here in the cast bullets section & just today bought a mould and handles!

Where I am pricing is not so much the issue as availability. Although, I do recall a 100 ct box of Speer .54 costing $6 or so and I'm not that old!

In the 1920's "sheeple" was a term coined by the National Socialist Party in Germany to describe people that would not vote for Hitler. In the 1930's they held Hitler as the only one that would bring pride back to Germany and bring the budget and economy back.....

If you decide you just "have to buy" look on Gunbroker for a guy that advertises 36 maxi balls and is from Clear Lake, Iowa.   He casts balls too and his price includes shipping.   I tried his black powder lube and it is great and cheap too.   Good Luck
