 For everything bigger than varmints, 120 gr Nosler Partition pushed by 54.0 gr of Hodgdon/H4831

In Mine, the 110 accubond is 'bang-flop' on mule deer and antelope out west.. thats all I've used mine on.  This bullet, behind a decent charge of 4831 is moa for me, and sometimes less... and it don't ruin a lot of meat.  Good luck... Bob

Hildy's recipe with the 75gr Vmax has been one I've wanted to try for a long time, I've never shot handloads in mine yet, too many great shooting factory rounds to burn up, 120gr Rems, 117gr Hornady BTSPs and Federal 115gr NPs all shoot under an inch @100yds.  ;D

 ;) With 100 grain bullets I like around 53 gr. of IMR 4350..another good one for a bit more speed is IMR4831, also Re 22.. all shoot between 3350  and 3400fps..all have been very accurate..IMR4350 is a great place to start with bullets from 75 gr. thru 117... 8)

I shoot mostly the 75 V-max, I use 55 gr of H414, should be around 3600 fps. My best groups are 1.8" @ 300, and 4.5" @ 540 yards.          NOTE: after reading some of the links, should state these were fired in a Savage 110, not a Handi. The load is about 2  gr below listed max and is not hot.

Of all the .25 caliber bullets the 110gr has the best bullet coefficient.  Meaning it produces the least drag of all .25 bullet weights.  It retains velocity and energy better than all the other bullets, giving it an effective range for Deer sized animals out to 700 yards.  Most of all the other bullets are only good for 300 to 400 yards.Sit down and use a ballistics program comparing the Nosler 110gr Accubond to other .25 caliber bullets, you will be surprised.
 
Now I use Retumbo powder, it gives higher velocities than all the other powders listed in the Nosler Manual for the 110gr bullet.  Retumbo was developed for large overbore cases, like the 30-378 Weatherby, and the 30 Ultra Mag.  The 25-06 is also considered an over bored case as well.  In my experience the Retumbo works better than the others I have tried, giving the highest velocities, and good accuracy. 
 
I shoot the same load from 2 different rifles, with similar results.  Both a Handi, and a customised Stevens.  Both guns are on a 4" pie plate out to 600 yards.  I just have not gotten to shoot at 700 yards yet.
 
I'm currently on vacation and do not have access to my reloading material to give you the exact load.
