In all honesty.... I don't think anyone has all the facts on that piece of work. 


It would be like trying to read an un-abridged encyclopedia cover to cover.

I've seen some books and articles on it, but all they're doing is interpreting the statute their way. What we need to know is how it will work in practice. I'm particularly interested in how it affects retirees.
