The AR 15 NEVER MADE IT INTO THE BUILDING!! So what's this line of crap the legislators are shovelling???!!

 
Confirms: No Assault Weapon Used in Sandy Hook  Shooting      Posted  on January 24, 2013 byConservative  Byte
An AR-15, or the so-called “Assault Weapon”, was not used in the school  shooting. The shooter even tried weeks earlier to buy a rifle but was turned  down in the background check. So he had to kill his Mother to steal her rifle.  There were initial reports, right after the shooting, that police found the  AR-15 in his car, NOT IN THE SCHOOL. The rifle was not used. The shooter went  into the school with 4 handguns, NOT an Assault Rifle as the media has  charged.
In the initial hours of this shooting, the Police said they found the rifle  in the car. But the Administration-controlled MSM had a pre-planned attack  already waiting, to ban so-called assault weapons and jumped on that line of  reporting, knowing it was a lie, which included people like Piers Morgan who  said the shooter used an AR-15 that shoots hundreds of rounds per minute, as if  it were a machine gun.

I'll be glad to be persuaded there is. At this point, I'm not. I'd love to see hard proof that the whole 'he used an AR to kill the children!' line was BS, based on a lie & designed to gin up some gun grabbin' - but so far, I've not seen it.

Well let me see. the rifle was in the car, handguns were in the building , hes dead , coroner dsys no rifle bullets in victims.  ::)   hmmmmmm. you seem hard to convince. "one cannot get to a place that he has blocked the road to"

I think that is a video that was out just after the incident and may or may not be accurate info. I did a lot of research on line last night and could not find any proof except this video. I believe it was out the day of or the next day after the shooting. I really wish all videos had a time stamp when they were made.
 Does no one live close and have a friend that has info so the speculation well stop. People leak national secrets to the media why not this info. 
The video of the gun found in the trunk was poor but did not look like a AK style sporting rifle.   
If you want to talk cover up, who was the guy found in back of school the the cops chase and did he have weapon?

It changes nothing about my opinion that the "act" of an individual is the common denominator and should never be trumped by the fears of an inanimate object ie; the particular firearm regardless of type, action, magazine capacity, accessories etc. etc. etc.

The fact is no matter what you hear from the media, how can we believe anything, based on all the false reporting of this?
Based on eyewitness accounts and reporting right after the shooting, there was more than one shooter. There have been claims that the police apprehended two additional suspects within three minutes on school grounds after the shooting. This has been kept quiet. It appears that the media and the political agenda needed a lone shooter. Lanza being the only one responsible, became an established reality through the medias pronounced repetiton of a lone gunman theme. 
 It also appears as time goes on that the media constructed its reporting to further gun control measures. The way I look at it, is how can we believe anything about this shooting, when the major media outlets are owned, run, and controlled by government. Its the way minds and thoughts are controlled for a purpose. 
Was an AR style rifle used, is only one of the many questions about the reporting of this. Why does video of police removing the supposed rifle from Lanza's car trunk clearly look like a shotgun, and the shells ejected from it clearly look like shotgun shells. This shooting happened in the morning. Why was it after dark when the car trunk was opened?
When one lie is believed, its becomes easier to believe them all.

 Unbelievable that months after this shooting, no information has been forthcoming. This is very weird in itself. Its like the only mention of Sandy Hook, is to say "its a game changer".

Oop`s Sorry about that other link I just tried another to get there and it did it again. Sorry folks, In the article they denounced any claims that Adam Lanza used only handguns. They claim (for the record) that he indeed used an AR15. But without any proof I`m just as confused as everyone else because of the various articles that come up when "Googled"

So, since a government agency said a Bushmaster .223 caliber-- model XM15-E2S rifle with high capacity 30 round magazine was used by Adam Lanza. Can we then assume it must be true with out question?

No, we cannot be sure of that. But it is more likely true than false.

You can't assume it's false, either.  Let's get right to it: a lot of us - and I include myself - would be very gratified to find out that there was no AR used, that claims that there were, were political claims to gin up support for some gun-bannin' - so we've got lots of folks HOPING for that. So far, it looks like the guy did use AR.

I'll be glad to see something different, that is something other than wishful thinking.... but I haven't seen it yet.

I totally agree Yellowtail3, There is nothing I would put past this administration but I really don't see any great conspiracy/cover up here. There was a lot of inaccurate early reporting but that seems more journalistic incompetence and the rush to get something on the air rather than deliberate deception. If you remember the former Marine jailed in Mexico over a 410 shotgun, some talking heads called that a rifle. The video of the gun removed from Lanza's car trunk, though a poor video, sure looks to me to be a Saiga shotgun.
