wis gun law ?

i have a question can i have a unloaded gun with a loaded mag in a case in my truck
in my glove box now the mag is loaded but not in my pistol just both in the case

It can not be concealed unless you have
a concealed carry permit.

no wait a ( unloaded ) pistol with a loaded mag not in the pistol but in the same case
as the unloaded pistol and no i dont have a CC permit yet i waiting to see what happens
in Ill first here as long a the loaded mag is not in the pistol pistol must be in a case

I fail to see anywhere in SB 93 that prevents you from concealing an unloaded, encased handgun in your vehicle.
The fact that it is in a case is a form of concealment. Law just says unloaded and encased, nothing about where it can or cannot be.
Just to be safe load it and put it on the dash. Unless you have one beer, then it can not be carried loaded or uncased with or without a cc permit.

Check your laws about transporting a weapon to a shooting range.  I always carried targets, ear muffs,stapler and eye protection as if I was headed to the range.

I see where you can't roll it up in a towel
you need to place a firearm which is hidden from view in a location where it will not be within reach of a person while it is concealed in this manner.

Lookin' at that,  the way I read it, it has to do about concealment in something not considered a legitimate case, i.e. a towel, blanket, coat, etc. Those have never been considered a "legal" case.  A blanket, towel, jacket conceals, a case ''encases" and being encased and unloaded, the firearm does not have to be "out of reach", even if one does not have a CWC permit. This is in reference to Q9 in the linked document.

 Yes, however it is generally not legal to be armed with a concealed rifle or shotgun, and only with a handgun if authorized to possess a concealed weapon. So unless you are authorized by law to possess a concealed weapon and the firearm is a handgun, you need to place a firearm which is hidden from view in a location where it will not be within reach of a person while it is concealed in this manner.
