Any opinions on when .22 Caliber Long Rifle ammunition will be consistently  available.

My guy tells me it could be 6 mos. before it's reliably on the shelf.  He gets in dribbles at a time and limits to one per day, it's gone in a few minutes.

I had two bricks ordered for 3 mos. on line, only to find my order had been dropped.

i probably have all i'll ever need
now, but i'd like to be able to replace
it as it is used, much like my canned
goods, etc.
it should level back out by summer at
least, one would think.
may just have to go all archery
18 MINUTES.  . . . . . .

Airguns guys, airguns. Do your high volume shooting and practice with a good, or better quality, airgun and dont use up the 22's (or anything else) until we start to see stock replaced.
But prepare yourself for disappointment, when the ammo comes back it ain't gonna be at the prices we were used to anymore than gas is going back to (you pick a price).......
