Who makes a youth model rifle adequate for elk?
« on: February 27, 2013, 06:59:37 AM »
I am wanting to find a .54 caliber rifle for patched ball to shoot elk. It is for a 9yr old boy. Does any manufacturer produce such a rifle?

A "traditional" style 54 cal muzzy in youth size?   Not that I can think of off hand.

Maybe the lightest/shortest would be a TC Renegade or knock off of one, or a Mowry..............or maybe a TC Scout 54.

Might be some in-lines... don't pay any attention to them so don't know.

Custom build is an option.
Evolution at work. Over two million years ago the genus Homo had small cranial capacity and thick skin to protect them from their environment. One species has evolved into obese cranial fatheads with thin skin in comparison that whines about anything and everything as their shield against their environment. Meus

I agree with the T/C Scout .54. It is an inline, however. PM me for more info.
