seems to me that some, or all should READ the Robert Heinlein book Starship Troopers. The movie totally botched it. To get to vote one had to put in 4 years of government service. About 80% did NOT go into the military. Only after putting the good of the country ahead of your own could you vote. No one IN government service, including the military could vote.
I believe that would be a vast improvement over what we have today. When those who do not work can vote themselves the money of those who do work we get what we have today.
