 I like the professional manner in which you responded to the slurs on your honorable profession.
 The only thing wrong with your reply was to use a combination of psychology,pathos,logic while trying to extract feelings of remorse from the perpetrators.
 These fellas do not respond to the use of your high intelligence and polite upbringing.You may have to lower yourself to their level and use more Cretan words of explanation.

CW - Cool rifle!  Is yours the 6.5 x 63 built off the 9.3x64 Brenekke cartridge (aka Messner Express)  or the 6.5-06?  Do you have any experience with the 264 Magnum and, if so, how do they compare?

Technically, mine is built off a 270 case, its ever so slightly different than a 6.5-06. My increased performance comes from my longer barrel. (26'')

When I was deciding on a caliber I looked at both the 6.5 Rem and 264WM. I have played with a belted case in a 98 Mauser and MUCH prefer sticking with a 57MM case as its simple But adding 6MM to the 63MM case is sometimes as seamless other times a small amout needs to be removed for the mag box.

The 6.5 is SO under realized in this country. Its a great caliber!  ;D ;)
